The Reserve Bank of India acts as the central bank of India. It was established on April 1, 1935, in accordance with the provisions of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934. Initially, its central office was established in Calcutta but it was permanently moved to Mumbai in 1937. The Reserve Bank of India during the time of its establishment was privately owned but it was nationalised in 1949 and since then it is fully owned by the Government of India.

India-Israel Bilateral Relations

Israel is a country in the Middle East. It is located in the eastern part of the Mediterranean Sea.  It is a small country with relatively diverse topography, consisting of a lengthy coastal plain, highlands in the north and central regions, and the Negev desert in the south. Running the length of the country from north to south along its eastern border is the northern terminus of the Great Rift Valley.

Human Rights Act in India
