On 8th April 2025, the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) and the World Economic Forum (WEF) launched the India Skills Accelerator in New Delhi. This public-private platform aims to build a systemic, future-ready workforce.

The initiative focuses on aligning India’s workforce with emerging technological and industrial changes while strengthening long-term employability, innovation and economic competitiveness.
